WingSpan Retracts Inc. warrants that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
WingSpan Retracts Inc. reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without notice and disclaims all other warranties, express, written or implied.
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Third party transactions are not covered by this warranty. The original purchaser must complete the warranty registration form within thirty (30) days of purchase to active the warranty. If registration is not completed within the thirty (30) day period the warranty is considered inactive and WingSpan Retracts, at its sole discretion, will determine whether it will process a warranty claim for the defective product under the terms of the warranty.
WingSpan Retracts will as its obligation under this warranty, repair or replace in whole or any part of this product that does not conform to the warranty as determined by WingSpan Retracts. Any part of the product may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts at the sole discretion of WingSpan Retracts. This limited warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetics or decorative items, including non-operational parts.
WingSpan Retracts will not be responsible for or warranty the product that has been damaged resulting from any of the following:
(i)deviation from the operating instructions as printed in or on any packaging, labels or other literature provided with the product, (ii)installation of this product in a manner which is inconsistent with the written instructions, (iii)alteration or modification of the product, (iv)misuse, (v)abuse, (vi)acts of God, (vii)impact of a crash or accident from pilot or radio error, (viii)environmental conditions, including submersion in any liquid, excessive temperature or humidity, (ix)repair or service performed by anyone other than authorized WingSpan Retracts dealer.
Warranty Repairs:
Warranty repair service is available during the warranty period provided the warranty has been activated.You will be required to provide your original Order # to verify the warranty has been activated. To receive warranty service you must first contact WingSpan Retracts to discuss the problem and determine if it is covered under the terms of the warranty.If covered, a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be issued.Package the merchandise in need of repair securely to avoid any additional damage that may result from shipping. It is recommended that you ship with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance in the event of loss or damage.WingSpan Retracts will not cover loss or damage as a result of shipping and is not responsible for the merchandise until it has been received and accepted at our repair facility.
Non-Warranty Repairs:
If it is determined after inspection that the product is not covered under the terms of the warranty, WingSpan Retracts or its authorized dealer will notify you of the cost of the non-warranty repair.The consumer has the right to not proceed with the repair; however a minimum charge of $35.00 USD will be billed for the inspection. The consumer is responsible for payment before any repairs are made, WingSpan Retracts accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks (three day hold required) as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.Any merchandise sent in for repair and left unpaid or unclaimed after ninety (90) days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
Damage Limits:
WingSpan Retracts shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of this product. WingSpan Retracts has no control over the use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, therefore assumes no liability nor accepts any liability for any resulting damage or injury.The purchaser accepts all resulting liability by the act of assembly, setup and use.If the purchaser is not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this product, the purchaser is advised to return this product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
